· What is included in your packages? All Packages include unlimited coverage and locations, and 100-500 images (CD-ROM and set of 4x6 prints). Coverage also includes the use of our portable portrait studio, which is used to take beautiful portraits of the bride and groom, parents, grandparents, members of the wedding party with their mates, and others. Password-protected online viewing for up to 180 days is included. · Are albums included? Yes, except for the least costly (Basic) Package. We use top quality wedding albums made by Art Leather. Many album choices are available. · Can you do black and white? All images are taken in color; using digital technology, any image can be converted to high quality black and white or sepia at no extra charge. |

· Do we get the negatives? There are no “negatives” with digital photography; we include high-resolution digital files on CD-ROM with all of our Packages. We can use film, and include negatives, upon request. Extra charges for materials and negative scanning (if required) will apply.. · Is there a charge for travel? There is no charge for travel within the metro DC area. Reasonable charges would apply for travel to locations which would not be deemed a reasonable commute. · Is the photographer expecting to be provided with a meal? While we will not require that a meal be provided, it would be considered a courtesy (considering the photographer may be spending an entire day with you) to be provided with a meal. The photographer, as a professional, will not be consuming alcohol at any time. |

· Do you provide two photographers? We currently have two photographers on staff, but they do not work together at the same wedding. A very good coverage can be provided with one photographer. If you prefer two photographers, there is a $500 charge (subject to availability). · How long will it take to get my pictures? With our Basic Package, proofs and CD-ROM’s can be finished in as little as five days after the event. Reprints and enlargements take about the same. Art Leather albums take about a month to arrive once they have been ordered. |

· Do you photograph the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner? Some photographers include this on their highest-priced packages ($4,000 and up). We will photograph the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at no charge, subject to our availability. In most cases there is no problem with photographing the dinner. · Do you give discounts? We give discounts or additional extras merchandise/services to our military, police/fire personnel, for the slow season, or if your wedding is on a Friday or Sunday. We also run promotional specials on occasion. Please do not hessitate to ask about these before signing a contract; you can also check online by going to “Our Blog/Fun Stuff” and just look for the announcements. |

· How much notice do you need to book a wedding? We have booked as little as a day, and as long as eighteen months before the wedding. Whether we can do the photography or not is based on availability; all bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. It is best to book as early as possible, as you lock in your package and prices when you sign a contract. · What if I don’t know exactly what I want, or am not sure what my budget is? Since all of our Packages have the same deposit and hours of coverage, you can book any plan and then change it ( even after the event is photographed). We can also customize your package to fit your needs, or work up a competitive quote for another studio’s package. · How do the payments work? Our terms are designed for affordability. A modest $300 will book any Plan; the balance being broken down into several payments so that whatever balance is due, is payable at delivery of your final, finished product. For our photography, you will never be required to pay in full, up front, for anything. |
